Dr. Lee’s approach is patient-centered, with a focus on understanding and treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms. She believes in meeting patients where they are, recognizing their strengths, and working collaboratively to support their goals. Compassion, commitment, and ongoing support are the foundation of how she provides care.
Dr. Lee was inspired to work in mental health because of the unique and meaningful bonds that form between providers and patients. The depth and honesty of the conversations they have set psychiatry apart from other areas of medicine. She also feels strongly about helping to expand access to quality mental health care, so that more people can get the support they deserve.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys interior decorating, event planning, and exploring new places. She’s also passionate about mentoring students who are interested in pursuing medicine and mental health.
