Mindpath Health understands the importance of our obligation to protect the privacy of job applicants’ personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is adopted to comply with applicable federal and state law and explains how Mindpath Health collects, uses and discloses personal information from job applicants. We do not sell personal information we collect about job applicants or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, we do share personal information we collect from job applicants with the following categories of third parties for Mindpath Health’s business or commercial purposes described below.

  • Third parties: We collect information about you from third parties who support our Human Resources and job application process, including recruitment agencies, background check vendors, and other hiring technologies.
  • Indirect and technology-based collection: We also collect certain information from you indirectly when you access our websites or job applicant portals. Mindpath Health collects certain identifiers (such as IP addresses) and internet and similar network activity (such as website usage data) from you indirectly using cookie, pixels, and passive tracking technologies.

Use of Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information for the following business or commercial purposes, consistent with and only as permitted by applicable law:

  • Considering job applicants for current and potential future employment opportunities and assess their skills, qualifications, and interests against our career opportunities.
  • Evaluating a job applicant’s employment application, corroborating the information contained in the application and any supporting documents, and (where applicable) conducting employment related screening and background checks. (Please note, we only use background information as permitted by applicable law.)
  • Scheduling job applicants for interviews and communicate with them about their application and employment opportunities.
  • Aggregating data for Mindpath Health’s diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Complying with state and federal laws and regulations governing the employment process and maintaining records pursuant to such laws and regulations.
  • Communicating with job applicants about their candidacy.
  • Keeping records of our interactions and communications with job applicants.
  • Protecting our operations, rights, privacy, safety or property, or that of our affiliates, job applicants, or other parties.
  • For any other purposes that we disclose to you at the time of collection.

Disclosure of Personal Information

As indicated above, we may disclose some of your personal information with third-party vendors as necessary for our business purposes. For example, such vendors could include the agencies we use to conduct pre-employment screening (such as background checks). From time to time, Mindpath Health may also be required to disclose your information to governmental authorities for the purpose of complying with applicable laws and regulations or in response to legal process.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

In the past 12 months, Mindpath Health has not “sold” any categories of personal information, or “shared” any such information for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. Likewise, Mindpath Health does not have actual knowledge of any sales or sharing of personal information regarding minors under 16 years of age.

Application Retention Periods

For each category of personal information identified above, Mindpath Health will retain such information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your requests or the purposes for which it was obtained, as set forth in this Policy. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include (i) for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, (ii) as required by a legal obligation to which we are subject, and (iii) as necessary to resolve any disputes or enforce our legal agreements with you.

We do not control the collection and use of your personal information by third parties described above.  When possible, these organizations are under contractual obligations to use this information only for providing the services to us and to maintain this information strictly confidential. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes.

Such linked websites may be operated by third parties that are not owned or controlled by Mindpath Health.
