Dr. Elise Middleton understands the various intersectionalities that impact a person’s experience, including relationships, culture, gender, and sexuality. Dr. Middleton is interested in helping LGBTQIA+ patients and those with religious trauma. Dr. Middleton uses psychodynamic and attachment theories and cognitive behavioral techniques. She also uses play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, and art therapy. Dr. Middleton collaboratively creates a treatment plan individualized for each patient.Education & Certifications
