About Elise Middleton, PsyD
Elise helps infants, toddlers, children, teens, and families. She understands the various intersectionalities that impact a person’s experience, including relationships, culture, gender, and sexuality. Elise is interested in serving LGBTQIA+ patients and those with religious trauma. She is informed by psychodynamic and attachment theories and cognitive behavioral techniques. Elise offers play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, art therapy, and individual treatment modalities. She collaboratively creates a treatment plan individualized for each patient. Elise completed postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco Infant-Parent Program.Education & Certifications
