About Milton "Rick" Salway, PhD
Rick was born in India and immigrated to the United States with his parents and younger sister in 1954. He and his family became naturalized citizens and have lived throughout Southern California. Rick served as a United States Air Force captain for nine years. He then began working with veterans with PTSD, addiction, and relationship issues. Rick found that his compassion, combined with competence, is an asset to his patients.Education & Certifications
