About Rachel Kohn, LCSW
Rachel became a therapist to fulfill her desire to help others, provide hope, and facilitate change. She helps adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Rachel uses a patient-centered, humanistic, and systems approach to therapy. She uses cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Rachel is an animal lover and has two cats and a one-eyed dog, Dora. She enjoys the arts, travel, spending time with family, cooking, and music.Education & Certifications
