About Tybreisha Terry, LCSW
Tybreisha helps patients process major life changes, overcome lifelong trauma, and understand their feelings and well-being. She recognizes this process can be overwhelming and guides patients to use the innate tools they already have. Tybreisha’s approach includes solution-focused therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a narrative approach. She teaches self-care by keeping the mind and body active. Tybreisha enjoys cooking, walking outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her Boston Terrier.Education & Certifications
