About Elyssa Lee, MSW Intern
Elyssa believes that each individual is unique and assists clients in achieving goals catered to their specific needs. With a warm, caring, and compassionate personality she creates trusting atmospheres where clients can feel accepted and comfortable. Ms. Lee meets people where they are and is passionate about client-centered care. She believes that it is from our experience of struggle that we are best able to help others. Drawing upon the strengths-based perspective, she helps people realize and optimize their personal strengths in order to live their best life and make positive changes. Currently a part of North Carolina State University’s Health Resources & Service Administration (HRSA) scholars program and their Opioid Workforce Expansion Program, Ms. Lee receives ongoing training on substance use disorders and behavioral health.Education & Certifications
– Bachelor of Social Work degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC
– Currently completing her Master of Social Work from N.C. State University in Raleigh, NC
