About Sandra Cobb, LCSW
Sandra is passionate about helping patients recognize their power and resilience. She specializes in children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who have suffered previous trauma. Sandra utilizes psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, and mindfulness. She integrates eye movement desensitization and reprocessing with trauma patients. Sandra also uses play and art therapy with children, teenagers, and young adults. She received training as a trust-based relational intervention practitioner at the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. Sandra enjoys incorporating mindfulness into her daily activities, spending time outdoors, working in her yard, and laughing every chance she gets.Education & Certifications
